Arno Peeters Netherlands
Arno Peeters (1969) is an autodidact composer. In the early 80's his tape-music got issued on cassette and radio. In '89 he
became one of the techno-pioneers in the Netherlands as part of the duo Voltage Control. Later he was part of Random XS and Urban Electro. Solo he worked as Spasms on Djax-Up-Beats.
He moved away from techno to experimental music and soundscapes as released on Mille Plateaux.
